A deadline is a record
The original accepted deadline stays visible when both parties approve a later change. A pending extension does not move the clock, and a late review does not make a timely conforming submission late.

We are designing for honest early warnings and usable handovers, while keeping punitive and commercial decisions reviewable.
A refund is a payment event
A confirmed refund resolves the financial issue. It does not delete the agreement, evidence, cancellation timing, review eligibility, or a resolved delivery outcome.
Context matters
Client access delays, scope changes, emergencies, and provider non-delivery are recorded as different facts. Allegations remain contestable until an authorized resolution.
Public reputation is gated
Zetvy will only publish participant reviews and delivery context after eligibility, double-blind publication, moderation, and appeals rules are approved. New providers will have an honest insufficient-history state.
